🦵 Try this move today — Shoulder Bridge with Leg Lift to Tabletop.

This is a brilliant progression of the Shoulder Bridge that really tests your stability. Once you've lifted your hips into your bridge, you float one knee up to tabletop, hold steady, then lower back down. Try doing 3 lifts each leg and then lower the spine back to the mat.

The challenge here is keeping your hips perfectly level as that leg lifts, your core has to work hard to stop you tipping to one side.

✨ Benefits:

• Improved foot and ankle awareness through the grounded leg

• Increased core strength and single-leg stability

• Improved balance and coordination

• Encourages mindful, controlled breathing throughout

Focus on the stillness of your hips as the leg floats up, that's the hard part.
