💪 Try this move today — Side Lying Double Leg Lift.
This exercise looks deceptively simple but it is a serious hip and waist challenge in the best possible way! 🔥
Lying on your side in a long, straight line, hips stacked, waist lifted slightly off the mat, you take a breath in and on the exhale lift both legs together, keeping them pressed firmly together throughout. Lower back down with control.
Resist the temptation to roll your hips forward or backward, staying truly side on is where the real work happens. đź’ś
