Don’t worry, Pilates isn’t about doing every move perfectly.


Everyone moves differently. We’ve all got our own history, posture, strength levels and injuries. What works for one person might not feel right for someone else, and that’s completely normal.


Stick to what feels right for your body. Move at your pace. And when you feel ready, add in small challenges, that’s how you build strength, stamina and confidence.


There’s no pressure to ā€œkeep upā€. In my classes, we focus on moving well, not ticking boxes.
